Design Search Associates serves as a strategic advisor to leading architecture and design firms seeking exceptional talent. Currently we are filling the following leadership opportunities and invite you to consider submitting your resume and qualifications.

Design Search Associates (DSA) offers a talent referral program if you refer a friend that our client hires. These bonuses range from $500 to $4,000.

Our Client is a leading the hospitality Interior Design Firm, our client remains keenly attuned to the pulse of changing industry trends governed by todays sophisticated traveler. Their international presence, depth of experience, and detailed industry knowledge enables them to identify interior design trends at their source, make definitive predictions about new directions and innovations, and influence design standards at a global level.

You need proven experience working with national and international hospitality supplier sources, and a finely tuned and tasteful eye for color, texture and pattern.

Your portfolio must demonstrate presentation boards, sketches, planning and other specification skills.

Minimum of 4+ years experience with 4-5 star, high quality hotels, resorts and high end residential or condo hotels.

Must be a self starter, team player who is able to research, prepare and present color and material concepts in a tasteful and unique format along with space plans, elevations and details.

Must have complete knowledge of contract hospitality sourcing and technical knowledge for specifications and installation coordination of FF & E furnishings, decorative lighting, specifications and other related interior design contract documents.

Experience with interiors to ensure professional and timely delivery of interior FF & E schedules, budgets and interior construction documents for multiple interior design projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus.

Professional Degree in Interior Design or Masters in Interior Architecture or equivalent preferred; or 4 years related architectural interior experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Ability to hand sketch or communicate design intent in a creative and professional way with computer aided software.
