We have an immediate opportunity for an up-and-coming HOTEL INTERIORS & RESTAURANT DESIGN ARCHITECT interested in working on major projects in Las Vegas, Macau, Asia and beyond.

With Las Vegas as their birthplace, along with offices in Macau, Las Vegas, Vietnam, China and beyond. They have assembled a diverse team of architects and interior designers that provide their clients with end-to-end solutions – from concept to completion – through design innovation, operational insight and customer focus.

We are accepting applications for the role of Field Architect at a signature Hi-rise projects.

Job Responsibilities:
 Coordinate with Client, Contractor and local team
 Attend site and project coordination meetings at appropriate stages
 Review of the progress of contractor’s work and to advise accordingly.
 Review the contractor’s work in place for conformance with the design intent
 Respond to contractor submitted RFI’s
 Review and comment on architectural and interior fit out shop drawings
 Coordinate with Client, Contractor and local team

 Advanced degree in Architecture or related design field

Experience (required):
 10+ years of relevant experience
 Construction Administration experience with large scale integrated resort projects

Experience (preferred):
 Licensed architect in US
 Working knowledge of Procore documents management platform
